OK Boys - 

Its time!  This Sunday March 29th at 2:00 pm we will have practice at Des Pres Park.  Des Pres is at 4709 Lowe Road.

Will try to get the arms lose and take infield and some BP.  The field is still coming back from the winter.

Bobby may have some uniform tops and additional information on them.  Too he will begin to collect money for said uniforms.  We're looking at about $120.00 for two uniforms (home and away) tops and hat.  We will still wear the gray and white pants most all have already.  Too, you need a black belt and black socks.  All money for uniforms has to be in Bobby's hand by April 30th.

The playing fee is to be announced after I attend the managers meeting on Sunday.  I assume its going to be a team fee and we'll split it by the final number of players on roster.  We are at 18.

Boys -

We play game two of the Championship series tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m at Germantown.  Wear your Gray and Gold.  Jose' will take the hill.

Guys, we have to "tip our hat" to Adam, he pitched a whale of a game.  Kept us off balance for most of the game.  We did break up the no-no (way to go John Denney).  We didn't get skunked (good job Jose' on the score and Mark for the RBI).  And we didn't get run ruled!  

Guys, we just need to get back to playing better defense and keep those guys off the bases!  Plus we have to wake up the bats up and get folks on. The rest will take care of itself.

Fall Ball - if you want to play fall ball in the 18+ league, please let me know. Otherwise, there is a 50+ league as well.  Those are the only two choices. Need to let Dave A know asap!

Terre Haute - Mark has been in contact with these folks.  The last word was a Sept 27th (Sat) double header played at night at Indiana State facility.  However, not many are committed to that time frame.  We're working to see if we can do a Sunday double header during daylight hours, instead.  More to come.

You guys that are able to play this weekend the 31st keep in touch with David Stierle. He is manning the Pirates ship!   If you told me you can make the game please make it! We are gonna have 9, 10 or 11 players on Sunday.

Game is at 4:30 at Clarksville against the Wolves. Let's get after these guys and get another win. Wear your whites!
